Measuring – and evidencing – impact

The new Ofsted framework has significantly changed the inspection process. With the removal of deep dives and a much stronger emphasis on professional dialogue, inspectors are now focusing more closely on how leaders demonstrate impact through evidence, data, inclusion, pupil voice and strategic evaluation.

This highly practical half-day course is designed to help schools confidently explain:

• what they are doing
• why they are doing it
• how they know it is working
• what evidence supports their evaluation

The course explores how inspectors gather evidence through learning walks, case sampling, leadership discussions, pupil voice, safeguarding conversations and triangulation across all evaluation areas. Delegates will gain a clearer understanding of what inspectors are looking for and how to present strengths, priorities and improvement work with confidence and clarity.
