Description
As school leaders and subject leaders, it is essential to find out what children think about their learning. Not only do we need to know, but our action plans must take into account pupil voice in developing subjects as part of school improvement. Discussing learning with pupils is one of the six OFSTED Deep Dive elements and these question packs will support subject leaders to prepare for this part of the Deep Dive, using OFSTED-style questions that will give school leaders an invaluable insight into what pupils think about each subject. The pupil voice questions are written in child-friendly language and cover:
- engagement and interest
- aspirations
- use of technology
- teacher feedback
- developing long-term memory
- remote learning
