John shares excellent advice\, tips\, and practical steps that genuinely strengthen your confidence and readiness as a leader when faced with Ofsted.			 \n					\n						\n				\n				\n				\n							\n			\n				After my first online session\, I had four pages of actions which I immediately implemented. Soon after\, our school – previously judged RI – underwent inspection and was graded ‘Good’. I firmly believe the changes I made from John’s course contributed to this outcome.			 \n					\n						\n				\n				\n				\n							\n			\n				I attended again when leading another RI school and\, once more\, we secured ‘Good’ following inspection. I have recommended the training to colleagues\, and as a group of heads we most recently joined the updated course on the Ofsted Toolkit.
